American RV Park has a limited number of late model RVs that we rent as a package with a site. (See our Long-Term Rental Page for details)
*All spaces are full-hook ups, 30 and 50 AMP service. Covered sites are 18'x46'. Prices listed are for two people. Add $30/month, $10/week, $3/night for each additional adult. Children under 18 are always free. Pets are free, and we ask that guests have no more than two dogs per camper. Cats must be indoor cats. There are a maximum two vehicles (plus an RV) allowed per site. We have on-site storage available for guests with additional cars, boats and trailers. See below for details.
RESERVATIONS:
All reservations must be paid in full. Reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to the arrival date. No refunds for last minute cancellations and no-shows. Reservations cannot be transferred to different dates. If we do not have an Extended-stay site at the time of reservation, we will offer a "weekly to monthly" site (see note below). Extended-stay reservations require a $100 deposit at site assignment. This deposit is fully refundable at check out if you provide at least 15 days notice and leave your site clean and on time. It will be first applied to your last month's electricity bill. All extended-stay guests must make a reservation in-person or over the phone,. You can't reserve an extended-stay site online. NOTE: If you desire an extended-stay site, and one is not available on your check in date, you can make a reservation for a weekly site. We give those guests that are here waiting priority for extended-stay sites. There is typically less than two weeks wait time. The American RV Park DOES NOT keep a waiting list for extended-stay sites. Nightly and weekly reservations must be paid in full. You may reserve online by clicking on the tab on the "Make a Reservation" tab.
DISCOUNTS:
We offer a 10% off discount for: GOOD SAM, AARP, Military, AAA, Educators and Government Employees. Discounts apply to nightly rates only and can be applied for a maximum of 4 nights. Only one discount can be used per stay. There is no discount for extended-stay residents as it is already deeply discounted.
In support of our active law enforcement officers we are proud to offer a 10% discount on all site fees.
On-Site Storage Fees*
We have a designated area for storing cars/trucks, utility trailers, RVs and boats. All stored property is under the watchful eyes of our park guests & staff.

Propane Rates*
We have an on-site propane filling station that makes it easy to get your tanks filled. Get your order in before noon for same day service!

Payment is due at the time of order. If you're needing your propane tanks filled, just bring your tanks down to the office and leave them on the back porch. Propane orders taken before noon, will be filled the same day. If you bring your order after noon, we will attempt to fill the same day but it is not guaranteed. All filled orders can be picked up at the office any time after 4:00pm. If you drop off and no one is in the office, please use the provided order sheet located outside the back door of the office and attach to your tank(s) and call us (903) 782-0233 or email us at info@americanrvparkcorsicana.com with your payment information. *Prices subject to change without notice.
